At XO Pilates, we offer personalized 1:1 mat Pilates sessions designed to help you build core strength, improve mobility, and move with greater awareness—all without the use of equipment. These sessions are a great option if you're new to Pilates, want to master the basics, or prefer a more grounded, low-impact approach.

Mat Pilates focuses on bodyweight-based movement, breathwork, and control—making it a powerful practice whether you're just starting out or looking to refine your form. It's also a great choice if you’re not quite ready for the Reformer or want something you can take with you beyond the studio.

Our private sessions are tailored to your goals and taught at your pace, so you leave feeling stronger, more connected, and fully supported.

Looking for a fun, feel-good way to move with your people? XO Pilates offers private group mat sessions you can book with friends, family, or coworkers for a personalized class tailored to your group’s energy and needs.

Whether you're celebrating a birthday, planning a wellness outing, organizing a team-building activity, or just want to sweat and stretch together, this is a great way to connect through mindful movement.

We’ll guide your group through an approachable, all-levels mat Pilates flow focused on breath, strength, mobility, and (most importantly) feeling good in your body—no equipment required.
